Scanning and Validation

The Veridocs solution accurately scans and validates from an evoloving library of over 1,900 worldwide government issued identification documents.  The system also validates all built-in ID security features including holograms, watermarks, barcodes and mag-stripes.

Extracts ID Specific Information

Veridocs extracts and displays biographic, image and ID specific information.  The integrated system interfaces with check and credit card processing and compliance/case management software.  Additionally, the Veridocs system is able to populate other documents such as online credit forms.

Checks Customers against Lists

Not only does the system validate that your customer is the person they claim to be; it verifies that this customer is someone with whom you want to do business.  The Veridocs solution - while aiding in the process of a sale - simultaneously checks customers against both internal and external lists.  Lists can include consumer credit, social security verification, bad check lists, previous offender lists and government lists.

Database Storage

The Veridocs solution stores captured ID data in standard, exportable and sortable SQL database. The system also provides for client configurable access to personal information.

Ancillary Scanning

As the Veridocs equipment employs rapid, accurate scanning, the system comes with the configurability to efficiently capture ancillary items.  Veridocs can scan non-identification documents such as return receipts, gift cards, credit applications, checks and unembossed credit cards. It can then store the images associated with the patron and transaction.

Case Management and Database History

Operators are able to run capture detail reports that assist in detecting suspicious activities and provide image and transaction history for case management. Veridocs users also benefit from the ability to leverage captured client information, enhancing existing their customer database for marketing purposes.
