REPORTING

Leveraging the extensive amount of business transactional data generated from the MMS POS, numerous pre-defined reports are available that define, track and analyze the key performance indicators most relevant to the wireless retail industry.  A user access control rights model governs individual report access and data visibility. MMS’s reports provide both consolidated and detailed reporting of key business metrics at any level within the enterprise to help management and staff analyze performance, opportunities, and identify risks.

MMS also offers a custom report generation tool that facilitates comprehensive database reporting, KPI reporting, and business analysis.  For unique business reporting and analytic requirements, all system data and transactional data can be exported in real-time to reporting interface tables.  These tables enable users to leverage any third party reporting technology and BI tool.

As a resource tool to assist our clients, MMS maintains a unique and rich repository of data for the wireless retail industry.  By comparing company results with indices, areas of the business that are performing sub-optimally can be identified  and corrected.

DASHBOARDS

The unique design of the MMS Information Model enables enterprise dashboard visibility of all activity from across the business within a single view.   The system provides insight into overall business performance measures while facilitating even the most targeted transactional level inquiries.

The Sales Associate Dashboard focuses on lower level store information such as individual contests, top selling items, and sales associate commission tracking.  Combined with useful functionality such as weather monitoring to help gauge store traffic, and time-clock access, this ensures that all critical pieces of information are always right at the sales associate’s fingertips.  The Sales Associate Dashboard lives on the main screen of the NRG point of sale interface.

The NRG Dashboard presents real time data contained within a variety of nodes relevant to salesperson practices.  This provides a tool for staff to manage customer expectations, sales flows, as well as improve communication across a wide range of geographic locations from nationwide to individual store fronts.  Additional Dashboard features also promote profitability and good-natured competition among clerks.
