MMS can be configured by region to represent carrier time-sensitive offerings based on predefined criteria such as term and promotion.  The highly configurable nature allows for multiple variables.  It permits, for example, the allowance for identical products in different markets and associated with different promotions.  Handset pricing can then be predetermined within MMS based on plan selection, removing the need for price changes at the sales associate level and therefore providing another layer of accuracy for commission reconciliation.

Expected Commission Statements

The system is able to generate detailed expected commission statements for each dealer. These statements provide detailed transactional level accounting of serialized product, commission amounts, and calculated hardware subsidies based on serialized cost, all of which can be grouped by activation type.

It is these statements that the carrier payment file is run against to generate the industry's smallest discrepancy report.

Discrepancy Reporting

In the event of a variance, Discrepancy Reporting Enables dealers to reconcile payment files from the carrier against expected commission amounts from actual sales.  As all information contracts sold resides within MMS, we have the ability to recall and research that data to determine where discrepancies may lie.  Efficiency is elevated as original contracts can be retrieved electronically rather than through traditional means.

Real-time Enforced Market Promotions

The configuration of plans and handset pricing along with POS business rules enables the centralized definition and push of real-time market promotions and adjustments. Through the POS’ sales dashboard, real-time notifications can be sent to all loactions advising them of new promotions or adjustments in real-time.

MMS is able to reconcile your carrier commission and provide you with accurate lists of discrepancies to dispute.  Transferring your Activation and Commission report to state-of-the-art data software, generating a comparative chronicle of activations against your MMS POS report.  You will receive simple, clear and accurate listings of detailed discrepancies accounting for every penny.

Your discrepancy report will include all items including equipment rebates/spiffs, new activations, upgrades with or without equipment, prepaid activations, volume bonuses, and charge backs.  We also adjust inaccurate mobile numbers and paid amounts for accurate reporting later.
