In 2003 MMS recognized that cellular dealer required significant resources to maintain handset pricing and phone plans, and commissions. MMS conceptualized a way to free dealers from the burden and commitment staff to maintaining all these price plan changes themselves, and created software that would allow our employees at MMS to manage plan maintenance for cellular dealers. Thus the MMS Plan Management Team was created and was soon managing this responsibility for their cellular dealers. Since the inception of our Plan Management Services, MMS has worked tirelessly to develop, and improve every aspect of this service. New services such as tiered pricing, voice and data bundling, upgrades, second line, and carrier integration with MMS Software have been developed. MMS Plan Management Service provides dealers with a cost of labour savings by performing this service, and improved point of sale accuracy. Through the development of this service MMS has been able to work closely with every major communications carrier to develop, other initiatives such as POS integration with billing software applications, automated commission reconciliation, and customized activation reporting.
