Cellular/Wireless Store POS

Our easy-to-use POS module is fully integrated with Accounts Receivable and Inventory, which means that the system automatically updates customer information and inventory levels with each transaction.

In addition to regular sales, our POS provides functions for account payments, utility payments, quotations, layaways, refunds, rentals, reservations, notifications, work orders, stock transfers, trade-ins and pay outs. Many sales transactions can be open and in progress on one terminal at the same time.

Our POS handles and mixes multiple tenders, including cash, checks, COD, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and up to six user defined), debit cards, account charges, trade-ins, bank transfers, internal charge and user-defined tenders such as gift certificates and coupons. There is also a foreign funds exchange feature.

Federal and local taxes are automatically calculated by item and customer. During a sale, you can identify items or an entire sale as tax-free, and can record the reason (for example, a tax number, the details of tax exempt status, or specifics of out-of-state residency).

Along with the sale details, the system logs the time, date, sales clerk and terminal for each sale as well as no-sale drawer openings. You can balance your cash either by cash drawer or by cashier. You can even do blind balancing. Reports can be generated providing hourly sales statistics, as well as detailed sales information allowing performance analysis.

Promotion Management

You can use either customer-sensitive or item-sensitive discounting. Customer discounts are provided using loyalty programs, such as Air Miles. Item discounts are allowed at both the line-item level, or for an entire sale. A time-sensitive sale price feature allows you to identify sale items, sale prices, and the start and end sale dates.

Many pricing options are available to manage your promotions. For example, carton prices can be different from unit prices. You can also set up mix-and-match sales or kit sales for groups of products.
