 Master Merchant Systems Experience Over the past 5 years I have seen a progression with the MMS point of Sale software that made it perhaps the easiest part of the work day here at our TELUS dealership. NRG Point of Sale System The ever-evolving NRG point of sale system has given us the easiest experience in our point of sale operations. Since we first upgraded to it in Early 2007 our accuracy for transactions has gone up and the ease of use of the system is unmatched. The options to integrate the EZIPIN system to replace stocking Pay and Talk Cards and contract importing to give our reps the time they need to sell to the client has been immeasurable. Inventory Control The MMS Core Application which we use for inventory control and tracking has always displayed the information we need in an easy to read format that just makes sense. The ability to search and track any item received or sold at one of our locations make inventory control a breeze. Sales Reports The depth of the sales reports offered by MMS, from basic reports in Core or NRG to online reporting via the “Click” web site allow as to get as little or as much information we need. TELUS Integration The cooperation between TELUS and MMS allows us to focus on what we need to do – and know that our price lists and phone inventory items will always be up to date. Plus, with the ability to import client information from the TELUS systems directly it gives us virtually an 100% accuracy rate on client information – in less than a quarter of the time of entering that same information manually. MMS Support We have worked closely with MMS’ support team over the years – and this relationship has been beneficial for both GBS and MMS. Anytime we have had issues or questions to support team is quick to respond. MMS Support is also is open to suggestions and to working with us, as a dealer, to tweak current features or even add new ones to help us out.
